Premium is bought and managed in the App Store or Google Play; you can cancel any time there. The 7-day free trial applies where the store offers it. If you cancel, nothing is deleted.

Do I need an account?
Yes. Your account backs up your words and progress and keeps them in sync across your devices. You can sign in with email, Apple or Google.
Does vocaivo work offline?
Yes. You can practise without a connection; everything syncs when you are back online. Importing with AI needs a connection.
How reliable is the AI?
Suggestions can contain mistakes, so you check every word before it is saved. Romanization and other aids are marked as approximate and can be edited.
What happens if I cancel Premium?
Nothing is deleted. Your words and progress stay, and you keep practising with classic flashcards.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Settings, or by email.
